This large urban business park embraces the use of water throughout its 17 acre corporate campus.

Programmed water is an integral part of the public spaces and features prominently throughout the landscape. An elaborate set of water features offers varied elements including rills, waterfalls and reflecting ponds.

Winner of the Urban Development Institute’s 2002 Award for Office Park Excellence the water features are cleverly blended with eight office buildings, landscaped pathways, courtyards, and outdoor sports facilities, creating a welcoming outdoor recreation and gathering area for employees and visitors. They also provide acoustic buffering from the adjacent arterial roads and elevated high speed rail nearby.
