This expansive water feature was divided into two projects completed two years apart: The Palisades, a landmark downtown Vancouver residential high rise known for its two towers with an oval-elliptical shape and unusual cornice and arbour structures, and the Residences on Georgia, an elegant building that influenced the design of many downtown developments.

These award winning and well known developments include water features that border the north and south sides of Alberni Street. Consisting of a series of layered reflective ponds that are connected by intricate waterfalls, these serene water features offer visitors and residents a secluded oasis and natural soundscape within the bustle of the downtown core. Positioned at the main lobby levels and framed at the top by walls of windows, they are enjoyed from both the indoors and the outdoors.
